ALEMAIS offers a seamless return process for items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are eligible for store credit only unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
